" I have been painting portraits of people most of my life. And I continue to study and portray humanity in all it's complexity. I truly enjoy the process of developing a formal portrait of an individual from life or from pictures to the final product. In between is a series of steps designed to result in the permanent record, either on canvas or on paper, of the essence of the person portrayed. Color, composition and the medium used, all combine to help achieve the results.

Price is for single subjects. For additional subjects please inquire. Prices do not include frames.

I work from photos, your and/or mine. If possible I like to see the subject and take my own photographs. I require 25% down and a signed contract. I do accept Mastercard/Visa.
